As a non-profit organization, Audubon Nature Institute relies on ticket sales, events, and donations to support its mission. Zoo-To-Do fundraising efforts fund critical operations such as caring for animals, staff salaries, and the upkeep of public parks and museums that Audubon stewards for the New Orleans community. The 43rd annual Hancock Whitney Zoo-To-Do will celebrate Audubon’s conservation efforts for whooping cranes during a social-distancing-friendly fundraiser on the grounds of Audubon Zoo. To comply with the City of New Orleans Health Department’s guidelines, Audubon will implement additional health and safety measures at Hancock Whitney Zoo-To-Do on Friday, October 28, 2021.

Health & Safety Measures

 All Guests Who Attend Hancock Whitney Zoo-To-Do Will Need: 

Required to provide proof of at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine or a negative PCR test result from the past 72 hours

Strongly recommended to wear a face mask while enjoying the event outdoors and mandatory while in the Sponsor and Patron tents

In addition to your event ticket, you will need one of the following to attend Hancock Whitney Zoo-To-Do: 

What Do Guests Need to Attend Hancock Whitney Zoo-To-Do?

  • Smart Health Card showing proof of vaccination on LA Wallet App, or
  • CDC Card - Original, digital photograph, or photocopy of CDC Vaccination Card (both sides), or
  • Other Official Record – An official vaccine record issued by another state, foreign nation, or the World Health Organization, or
  • Vaccine Trial Record – An official vaccine record issued through a vaccine clinical trial, or
  • Acceptable Evidence of a Negative PCR Test Result – a printed copy or a formal electronic copy of a negative COVID-19 PCR test result performed within 72 hours of the time of entry. Rapid test or antigen test results are not acceptable.

Hancock Whitney Zoo-To-Do Sponsor and Patron packages or tickets can be purchased online or by calling (504) 861-5107. Sponsor and Patron package orders received after April 25 will be available at Will-Call beginning at 6:00PM on May 6, 2022. Online ticket sales close at 5:00PM on Thursday, May 5, 2022. Walk-up tickets will be available at Zoo-To-Do between 6:00PM – 8:00PM on Friday, April 29, 2022.

To be listed in the invitation, please purchase by February 15, 2022. To be listed in the program, please purchase by April 18, 2022.

Hancock Whitney Zoo-To-Do is an adults-only event; you must be 21 to enter. Children, including babies, are not permitted. Louisiana law prohibits the possession or consumption of alcoholic beverages by any person under the age of 21, unless accompanied by his or her parent or spouse over the age of 21. 

Proper attire is required: black tie or white linen suit for men and cocktail attire for women. 

According to IRS guidelines, only contributions over the value of dining and entertainment are tax deductible. The non-deductible value of Hancock Whitney Zoo-To-Do is $60/ticket. This is a rain or shine event. Should you be unable to attend, please consider your contribution a donation; there will be no refunds.
